We are excited to report we’re offering build opportunities through September 2024, with target completion on the Bayside Home project by 10/1/24. The project scope included a full rehabilitation of the home located at 1909 Rockefeller, in the Bayside Neighborhood in Everett. Starting in November 2023 we began stripping the house down to the studs and removing all the stuff we didn’t need going forward. Starting in April this year we poured the foundation for a new addition, completed all framing, and installed the plumbing and electrical systems throughout. We’re about to complete the exterior siding (as of 8/14/24). **NOTE: As we enter the interior finish-out stage of the project, we may be partnering with professional specialty contractors for insulation installation and drywall installation and finishing. This may reduce the volunteer builders needed for any particular day. This means the September build day you sign up for may be shortened or canceled to allow specialists access to the site. For the remainder of the Bayside Home project we will offer Individual volunteer builder opportunities. Group opportunities are full.
